Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 November 2026

These Terms govern your use of Revisit’s website, iPhone and Android apps, browser extension, and sharing integrations. Revisit is operated by Brijesh Kumar Kushwaha, a sole proprietor based in India (GSTIN 09FXHPK4461C1ZF). “Revisit,” “we,” and “us” refer to him as the operator of this service, reachable at kumarbrijesh9021@gmail.com. By using Revisit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. What Revisit provides

Revisit lets you save and search links, edit their metadata, share selected links, and receive resurfacing emails. Eligible accounts may also receive AI-generated titles, descriptions, and topic tags. Features can change as the service develops. Revisit is a link library, not a permanent archive or backup of the websites you save. Original content may change, become unavailable, or require a separate account or subscription with its publisher.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and meet the minimum age required where you live. Revisit is not intended for children under 13; if local law requires a higher age or parental authorization, that requirement also applies. Do not use the service if you do not meet these requirements.

Sign-in uses Google. Keep your Google account and any Revisit personal access tokens secure, and do not give others unauthorized access. You are responsible for your use of the service and integrations you connect. Revoke compromised tokens in Settings and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity. We never ask for your Google password.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain whatever rights you have in content you submit, including your own descriptions, tags, and shared text. Saving a link does not transfer ownership of the linked website or its content to you or to Revisit. Respect publishers’ intellectual-property rights and access restrictions.

You give Revisit permission to store, copy, process, and display the material you submit as needed to operate the service. This includes retrieving metadata, using service providers for eligible AI processing and email delivery, and displaying content to others when you create a public share. This permission is limited to providing and maintaining Revisit; it does not transfer ownership to us. Retention after removal is described in the Privacy Policy.

Only submit information you have the right to use and share. Avoid saving credentials, confidential access links, or sensitive information you do not want processed by the providers described in our Privacy Policy. A URL, title, caption, description, or tag can itself contain personal information.

4. AI features

Revisit uses OpenAI to suggest titles, descriptions, and tags from saved URLs, page metadata, accompanying text, and existing library tags. Reprocessing may include an older link’s saved title and description. Processing can occur after saving, during background recovery, or through an operator-run backfill for eligible accounts. See the Privacy Policy for the full data flow and provider-retention information. AI access is currently limited to an early-access group.

Generated text may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied on as professional advice or as a substitute for the original source. Review it before relying on or sharing it; you can edit or delete saved metadata. AI availability and successful processing are not guaranteed. Search and resurfacing selection do not use AI. There is currently no AI switch in Settings; contact us about excluding your account from future AI processing.

5. Sharing, integrations, and emails

A public share can be viewed by anyone who has its URL without signing in. It displays your name, the share details, and selected links with their titles and descriptions. Recipients may copy or redistribute it. A private share is visible only to its owner. Deleting a share removes that Revisit page, not copies already held by others.

The extension and sharing integrations send links and accompanying text when you choose to save them. You control any access tokens you create and can revoke them in Settings. If you install Revisit from the App Store, Google Play, or the Chrome Web Store, that store’s terms also apply to the download. Third-party websites, Google sign-in, your browser, and delivery providers have their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability or content.

Resurfacing emails contain selected saved links and metadata. You can turn them off in Settings. Delivery and timing depend on the configured scheduler and email providers and are not guaranteed to occur at an exact time. Essential account, security, or support communications may still be necessary.

6. Paid plans, payments and refunds

Paid billing is not currently enabled. Prices and Free/Plus allowances shown on the pricing page describe planned tiers; they do not mean you have purchased a subscription or that every advertised feature is generally available. Saving links is not capped by the planned tiers. Planned limits on the Free plan, such as the monthly AI allowance and the number of shareable collections, are not enforced yet, and current AI access is controlled through early access.

If paid subscriptions become available, we will disclose the price, billing interval, applicable taxes, renewal terms, cancellation process, and refund terms before you purchase, and a renewing plan will only renew if you agreed to that at checkout. Prices may differ by country and are shown in your local currency based on where you are: customers in India will be charged in Indian rupees, and customers elsewhere in US dollars. Indian prices will include GST where it applies; outside India, local taxes may be added at checkout where the law requires. Payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor, and your bank may add currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. Purchases will only be offered on the Revisit website, not inside the mobile apps. You will not be enrolled in a paid plan or charged merely because you already have an account. Existing accounts do not guarantee free access to future paid features.

No refunds. Payments are non-refundable. When you buy a plan, you keep its features until the end of the month or year you paid for, even if you cancel your subscription before then; cancelling only stops the next renewal. We do not give refunds or credits for unused time, partial periods, or downgrades. If you are charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, contact us and we will correct it. This does not affect any refund right that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Revisit for unlawful activity or to infringe others’ rights.
  • Do not distribute malware, spam, threats, or abusive content through the service.
  • Do not access another person’s account or data without authorization.
  • Do not bypass access controls, probe private systems without permission, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not overload the service or evade technical protections through abusive automation.
  • Do not submit content you lack permission to disclose to our service providers or share publicly.

If you believe content shared through Revisit violates your rights, email us with the relevant Revisit URL, a description of the issue, and a way to contact you so we can investigate.

8. Stopping use, suspension, and deletion

You may stop using Revisit at any time. You can delete individual saves and shares and revoke integration tokens. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, email us from your account address. These are not currently self-service features. We may verify your identity before acting. Signing out, uninstalling the app, or revoking Google access does not by itself delete your Revisit account.

We may restrict access or remove shared content when reasonably needed to address a violation of these Terms, security threats, abuse, or legal requirements. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to contact us. Urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action. Data deletion and any retained copies are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Revisit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free metadata, reliable delivery of every email, or permanent preservation of your links. Keep separate copies of important information. Maintenance, provider failures, and changes to external websites can affect the service.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by a third-party website or service where we are not at fault. We remain responsible where applicable law requires it, including for our own failures to meet legal obligations. Nothing in these Terms removes your mandatory consumer rights or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and disputes

We may update these Terms as Revisit changes and will revise the date above. For material changes, we will provide notice through the service or email where appropriate and required by law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using Revisit. Updates do not override rights you already have under applicable law.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes about them. If you live outside India, this does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws where you live, or any right you have to bring a claim in your local courts. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, or limit any right to bring a claim before a court or authority available to you under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
